Mesa Conservation District’s volunteer Board of Supervisors consists of 5 elected members that serve four year terms, associate Board Supervisors appointed by the elected board who assist in accomplishing the work of the board as well as offering their insight and expertise. MCD contracts a District Manager and Administrative and Technical Assistance as required to get work done.
